Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods: We ship through USPS but can also ship FedEx or UPS upon request and possible adjustment of shipping costs. If you require expedited shipping please contact us prior to making your purchase.
3. Shipping Rates: Flat $9.95 per item and $3.95 for each additional item. Adjustments may apply for items that are extra light or extra heavy/bulky.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
5. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping.
6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: If your address includes an apartment # or suite # please remember to include that. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Shipping Damage: We package our shipments with care. Please inspect your package upon receipt, and if an item in your order arrives damaged from shipment, please contact us within 3 business days.
9. Holiday Shipping: During the holiday season, shipping carriers will experience longer shipping and delivery times. If you have an expedited shipping request, please contact us prior to placing your order to receive an accurate price quote and to confirm that we can accommodate your request for expedited shipping.

Returns Policy

1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, original condition in which it was received along with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please review and inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from shipment or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Closeout, sale items, and bulk item purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware your bank or credit card company can take up to 2 weeks to process and post your refund.
